Videos and saved projects

Editing, preview rendering, exports, and subject tracking all happen locally. SlowRamp saves project edits beside the source video when possible and keeps a recovery copy on your Mac.

Removing a project from the recent list does not delete its files. You can manage or delete your videos and saved projects in Finder.

Purchases and licence checks

Polar handles payment and licence verification. When checking a licence, SlowRamp sends Polar your key, the activation ID if available, and product identifiers. Activations are labelled “SlowRamp on Mac”; your computer’s name is not sent.

Polar also receives connection information such as your IP address. Your licence credentials are stored in your Mac’s Keychain.

Visits to this website

This site has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts and videos are served by this website. Videos load when you press play.

The hosting provider may process connection logs to deliver the site, including information such as your IP address.

Managing purchase information

Use the Polar customer portal linked in your purchase email to manage your purchase information and licence activations.
